General Ordinary Assembly

NOTICE OF ASSEMBLY

In accordance to Section III, article 1, of the Bylaws of the Association, we are notifying the associates to a general ordinary assembly that will place in the Baja del Mar community starting with the first call to order at 11:00am on November 14 2026; in the event that a simple majority of associates with voting rights is not present at that time, a call to order for the general assembly will take place at 11:10am, on November 14 2026 with a quorum that must be met by the associates with voting rights present at the time, as long as there is a minimum of 10 associates, and to follow this,

AGENDA 1. Certify quorum and opening of assembly. 2. Administration and financial reports. 3. 2027 budget. 4. Vallin lawsuit information. 5. Closing.

Only associates whose homeowners association dues are not outstanding for more than three months from the date of the assembly will have the right to an in-person vote or mail ballot. Rosarito, Baja California, October 7th 2027. Board of Directors
