North perimeter fence — two more sections restored

Two more sections of the north perimeter fence have been restored, continuing the work reported in May.

The posts along that wall had been losing their footing to rust, which left the north side easier to cross than it should be. Maintenance is working through them at about two sections a month.

Cost for these two: $7,000 MXN, paid from monthly dues. This is not funded by the electrical infrastructure collection — contributions to that fund pay for the módulo breakers and nothing else.
