Walkway lamp between casas 30 and 31 replaced

The walkway light between casas 30 and 31 had burnt out and has been replaced with an LED head on the existing post. The work was done by association maintenance staff.

The fixture that came down had failed for the reason most hardware fails here: the mounting arm was corroded through and the conductor at its base was charred back to bare metal. Salt air is what ends the service life of electrical equipment along this stretch, which is the same reason the main breakers in the módulos are being replaced.
