North Perimeter Fence — Replacing the Posts
The north perimeter fence has been losing its posts to rust. Several no longer hold the mesh, which left that side of the development easier to cross than it should be.
Maintenance is replacing them at a rate of two per month, working along the north wall. This work is paid from monthly dues, not from a special collection.
